Super Speedy Service:

Our aim is to deliver your Frugi goods to your door within 7 days of receiving your order. Providing all the items in your order are in stock and “available now” this shouldn’t be too hard for us to do…but, we would ask you to allow up to 14 days for delivery as sometimes the post takes a little longer than anticipated, or we’re extraordinarily busy, or something like that!

One other point…if you live overseas, or if your items are “available in 2 weeks” it’ll take us a little longer to get them to you. But rest assured, we’ll send your order as soon as we possibly can, and keep you up-to-date if there are any problems.

Easy peasy returns!

Here on Planet Frugi we want you to be as happy as Larry when you receive your order, but we know that you may wish to send something back. Here’s how it all works:

Try everything on first and keep all the labels attached. If for any reason you are not totally happy with anything, please return the item to us within 120 days of receipt, unworn and with those labels still attached. Then, we’ll either exchange it (as long we have the items in stock), or we’ll refund you the amount you paid for the item - whichever you prefer!

Up to a year after your order arrives, you can return anything if it’s faulty. (If you could tell us your order number, customer number or give us an insight into where we might find your account details on our system that would be really helpful, so that we can ascertain when you purchased it and for how much.)

We’re pretty reasonable guys, so if a popper comes off or something falls apart through normal wear and tear, that’s covered, but if your child decides to chew a hole in something or their big sister uses them as a artists canvas, then unfortunately maybe not :)

We recommend that you get a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send items back to us, to cover you in case your parcel is lost on its way back to us. Please note that the postage cost for returning an item can only be refunded if the item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent. If this is the case please contact us on 01326 572828 or send us an e-mail and we’ll tell you what to do.

When returning an item to us, please send it to:

Wheal Vrose Business Park
TR13 0FG

And finally... if you purchased a Frugi item through one of our independent retailers then they should be your first port of call if you wish to return something.

Frugi nursing wear is outstanging. I love the design and I don't have to compromise on looking great. They are also really discreet - even breastfeeding beginers will find it easy to use. I've tried other brands of nursing wear, but Frugi's is simply the best - stylish, practical and a joy to wear! Show less

I'm not nursing, but I loved the look of the top so much that I ordered one. I received it yesterday and I LOVE it! The cotton is very, very soft and it is extremely comfortable. Sizing is very generous. I normally wear a large and ordered this top in medium. It fits perfectly and helps to hide the extra bit of bellyfat ;-)! Can highly recommend!!! Show less

Ordered this top and really pleased with it, lovely colour, I ordered a medium and am normally a large and it fitted great. Frugi tops wash and wear really well and are so comfortable. Im going to order the blue one as well now !. Show less

Don't like the cut - I look like I'm still pregnant because of the way it's sewn under the breast. Then it's really really pink and the print very big - I don't like the look. I have the blue dress and it's much nicer because the contrat colour/print is not so hard - but same belly problem... Show less

Beautiful top. I bought this in both the pink and the blue, and I'm delighted with them both. Really nice fit and flatteing colours. I was a big 10 pre-pregnancy, so I bought both small and medium to try, but the small fits without a doubt - they definitely come up big for their size. Show less

After my criticism of the dress, I want to say that this is very very good indeed. It's soft, easy hanging, very discrete for breastfeeding and fits nicely (though I think I could probably have got away with the medium, rather than the large I did buy). I particularly like the way that once I've got my baby "latched on" I can let the material drape down and therefore it's so subtle that I've had people walking by saying things like: "Ah, look at that sleeping baby" - not realising, probably, that he was wide awake and vigorously feeding! Nice top, but the access to the breast is difficult, due to the fact that the inner piece of material in entirely sewn onto the top one.

It would be better if the bottom 10 cm of the inner layer were not stitched until the rim to the top layer. Like that, the top layer could be lifted up easier, with the inner layer staying in place. As it is, when I lift up the top layer, the inner layer comes up too, baring my belly. And if I try to separate the two layers with my hand, it's cumbersome and the baby gets impatient...

Otherwise comfortable and lovely feminine cut. I would love if it also existed in cream / yellow with, as explained, a vertical 10 cm slot on each side of the inner layer, permitting that one to stay down better when the top layer gets lifted up. However, the actual rounded slots to access the breasts through the inner layer are well proportioned. Show less

I agree with Rachel's review; I think the cut is not quite perfect yet for nursing. But I love the colour (blue floral print) and the top makes a very nice cleavage. I also like the way it conceals my belly. It's long enough and very very comfy. Show less

A lovely lovely top! BUT! As a breast feeding top I would say very very poorly designed and unfortuantely for me unable to be used as a breast feeding top at all! I had totally assumed that the top part had a discrete opening but maybe I should have read the other reviews before I purchased!

Think I will keep as a top for post breast feeding and may even get another as lovely quality top! BUT! a real shame that the only reason I bought it was because I am desperate for more breast feeding tops at a reasonbable price and sadly this really is not designed as a breast feeding top! In the immortal words of Lola, these tops are 'my favourite and my best'. (apologies to those readers who DONT have a toddler addicted to Charlie and Lola). I find these tops indispensible- they are light, soft and comfortable, have arms and body that are a nice length to cover any wobbly bits. The prints are lovely too. Show less

Nice fabric & pattern. Very high on the chest and slightly more frumpy than I thought. Not the easiest to feed with either. Show less

lovely top, washes well but i disagree with other reviews and think access isn't great; well, it isn't compared to the dresses which are just outstanding. the double layer isn't all round and so when you lift it up to feed it rides up and flashes the belly i want to hide. disappointed (but really only because the dresses from here are so amazing, not sure how you can get the design of the dresses so good and these tops so wrong!) Lovely top but not the easiest to nurse with. The layered tops make it difficult to use. Show less

I love these tops, I have the red and the blue and wore them both throughout my pregnancy and regularly for the past 6 months while breastfeeding. I am a larger lady (was size 20-22 when pregnant, currently size 18 having lost 2 stone) these are flattering, and still look just as good now as they did when I was bigger. I find them easy and discrete to nurse in, but then my boobs are big so fairly low, and my baby is also big so he covers my tummy pretty well anyway. I always get compliments when I wear these, and can see myself wearing them even when I stop nursing - the longer length is very flattering. Show less

I really like those tops, they are soft, practical, vibrant colours. I got one in red (which is more pink) and purple (almost black, very elegant). I'm using them now when I am pregnant and they are very comfy with my growing belly. Show less

I really love the pattern - got both blue and pink version. Looks superb with the jeans. Also the cloth is very fine and of high quality. However, one star down for the access to breast, thought it was going to be easier :) I prefer the panel fold cut, like of the Frugi dresses. Show less

I have this top in all colourways and especially love the pink one (a kind of deep raspberry colour). The medium size fits 12-14 and the tie-back means you can adjust to your shape. A little cardigan over the top means it's practical for all seasons. I also wore this after I'd finishing nursing my older boy, as it's nice even if not breastfeeding. I have to disagree about acess, as I find the style suits nursing; the generous access gap is the best i've found as I'm large breasted. The modesty panel doesn't flash my tummy as others have found, and it's easy to nurse in. So for me, a perfect and comfy top. The organic cotton is soft and washes well too, as I'm now wearing them again with my new baby and they look as good as ever. Show less
