About you

You are a dynamic character who wants to gain a wide spectrum of Brand & Charity knowledge to support your passion for all things sustainable. A self-starter with an enthusiasm for learning you will be computer literate and super organised with excellent time management skills. A fantastic attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, you are always happy to help. You will be brimming with ideas on how share and communicate our purpose far and wide.

 
Your Role in a Nutshell

This role supports the Brand Manager as they champion our brand purpose throughout the business, ensuring that we are the real sustainable option for consumers. Sitting within the creative team of product design, graphic design and photography you support the Brand Manager as they ensure that no effort is wasted, and every detail is captured in engaging strong and consistent marketing concepts. With Planet & People at the forefront you help organise the Frugi Charity Committee working across Frugi’s charity giving with the Little Clothes BIG Change project. You are great at communication, keeping everything in order and working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

 
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Work across departments gathering information to inform planning.
  • Maintaining Brand literature and information with updates.
  • Briefing in asset needs to creative teams.
  • Maintaining Planet Frugi pages of our website to ensure relevant and up to date information is shown.
  • Provide administrative support to the Brand Manager.
  • Assist in award and certification applications.
  • Copy Writing and Proof-Reading text.
  • Upholding the Brand tone of voice.
  • Providing a high level of administrative support to Brand Manager & Charity Committee.
  • First port of call for all charity enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate charity records, liaising with the accounts department regularly.
  • Work closely with all our charity partners to ensure they are well supported.
 
Essential Skills
  • Passionate about sustainability.

  • Excellent communicator in the spoken and written word, with accuracy and great attention to detail.
  • You will be proactive and motivated, coming up with new ideas and taking valuable action.

  • Super organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Reliable and conscientious
  • Solid IT skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office programs and the ability to learn in-house systems quickly.
