The company was born in 2004 and continues to grow at 25% every year, selling through a rapidly expanding network of over 500 stockists in more than 25 countries worldwide.

We strive to be ethical in everything we do, each year donating 1% of our turnover to our Little Clothes BIG Change charity project which includes a children’s charity, the Cornwall Wildlife Trust and an orphanage in India.

About you

You are a dynamic character who wants to gain a wide spectrum of marketing and ecommerce knowledge. A self-starter with a background in digital marketing you’ll be experienced in running digital marketing campaigns to attract new customers and inspire current ones to purchase again. You’ll be brimming with ideas to continue to improve our communications to customers and improve the online customer experience. You’ll be computer literate and super organised with excellent time management skills, fantastic attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Your Role in a Nutshell

With a core focus on our TotsBots and Bloom & Nora brands, this role is about looking at all the different ways we interact with our customers (current and new), ensuring we are creating engaging content and marketing campaigns that make people fall (and stay) in love with all of our brands! You’ll be helping to ensure the Ecommerce business delivers a world class experience and our brand is consistent across all platforms with engaging content. You’ll be helping to ensure the brand has a constant stream of brilliant content through our marketing campaigns. You’ll live and breathe our vision and values making sure the TotsBots/Bloom & Nora/Frugi customer is always at the heart of everything you do.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Owner of the day-to-day management of email campaigns in collaboration with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams.
  • Responsible for referral campaign and aligning incentives to deliver growth.
  • Responsible for co-ordinating the parcel inserts program and reporting back on the performance of these campaigns.
  • Responsible for affiliate programme and reporting back on the performance of this channel.
  • Work on initiatives and campaigns to drive revenue, ROI and the recruitment of new customers.
  • Contribute new and innovative ways to drive the business forward and improve the customer journey.
  • Identifying relevant multivariate tests, setting these up and feeding back the findings to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all activities comply with GDPR regulations.
  • Provide internal support to the Ecommerce team.
  • Support Digital Marketing Manager and the wider team in overall company marketing strategies.
  • Tracking and reporting on results of email campaigns weekly and monthly.
  • Compile and analyse data from a range of systems and sources (Google Analytics, internal software) to create bespoke reporting, analysis and interpretation.
  • Provide weekly updates to stakeholders based on A/B testing, results, and implementations.
  • Assist with the completion of weekly KPI reporting where necessary.
  • Develop ad hoc reporting as required.
Essential Skills
  • You’ll have a passion for ecommerce and digital marketing, keeping yourself up to date with the latest industry developments, with 1 – 2 years previous experience in a digital marketing role.
  • You’ll be commercially minded and understand the requirement to deliver a solid ROI.
  • Your analytical skills will be honed, and you’ll be able to present data and findings in a clear and logical manner.
  • You’ll have a working knowledge of Google Analytics and be quick to learn bespoke in-house systems and platforms.
  • You’ll be able to write exciting, on-brand, engaging copy that converts.
  • You’ll have superb attention to detail – nothing will get past you! An excellent eye for detail and an ability to proofread and edit text, and to ensure that communications follow our core messaging and brand guidelines.
  • You’ll be adaptable and flexible, a creative and innovative thinker and ‘out of the box’ problem solver.
  • You’ll be proactive and motivated, coming up with new ideas and taking valuable action.
  • You’ll be able to build solid working relationships internally and with external suppliers and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • You’ll be super organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and the ability to prioritise work and multi-task.
  • Ometria email systems or equivalent is desirable.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is advantageous.
  • Confident and skilled in managing data using MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Ability to communicate and forge interdepartmental relationships.
