What is Frugi Fun?

Welcome to Frugi Fun, it’s a new digital platform for you to take on challenges from writing product reviews and watching videos to sharing snaps of you and/or your little ones wearing Frugi!


Are you ready to become Frugi Famous! Any images you upload for challenges may be used on the Frugi Facebook pages, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, emails or even the Frugi website! Keep an eye out to see where your snaps might appear!


To ensure we keep fun at the heart of it, each challenge has points, and what do points mean? That’s right, prizes!


What are the prizes?

Now for the exciting part, we have explored lots of exciting new products and have come up with the following. Don’t forget they are all exclusive to Frugi Fun so you can’t buy them on our website or from our retailers.


Each of the prizes are adorned with the ‘Perfect Day pattern, as voted for and loved by our Frugi Family Facebook Group! All made from recycled plastic bottles.

· Wendy Washbag – A wonderful travel washbag with a handy hanging function, mirror and divider pockets!

How do I claim my prize?

To claim your prize once approved for completing a level simply use the code you are provided with on your next order of £10/ €12.50/ $13.75 or more at welovefrugi.com and your prize will be posted out to you with your order!


Can I buy the prizes?

The prizes are exclusive to Frugi Fun!


If something isn’t working like it’s meant to, or 'I'm stuck!'

Don’t panic, unless you’re actually stuck in mud! Our partners Duel are on hand to answer any questions or queries To get in touch just click on the Help button whilst on Frugi Fun!


Duel will be there to offer help and guidance Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm. If you get stuck outside of these hours, they will get back to you as soon as they can once back in the office, please allow up to 2 working days.


Do the image uploads have to be current season?

There’s no need to worry about your pictures being current season Frugi. We just want to share the Frugi love. That’s clothes, PJs, bedding, fabric, grown up clothing – the lot! We love to celebrate our durable clever clothes and what better way than seeing past season clothes getting a second, third or even fourth play time!


Do I need to say #AD on any pictures I share if I get a reward?

As you haven’t been gifted or paid, we don’t feel it is necessary to use the #AD.


Are there time limits to complete the challenges or level up?

Enjoy the challenges as and when you like as there are no time limits!


How many points are available per challenge?

The number of points vary depending on the challenge, to see how many points a challenge is worth view it in the title and on the right hand side of the task in the hexagon.


What are the levels?

There are three levels Raindrops, Sunbeams and Rainbows! Click here for more information about each.


How long would it take to complete a level?

There’s no time limit so it is entirely up to you, just go at your own pace and have some fun completing challenges!


How many challenges are there in each level?

The number of challenges will be constantly changing as we add in new challenges. Watch out for flash challenges!


Where can I find out how many points are needed for each level?

In the Frugi Fun platform, you can view how many points you currently have and how many you need to reach the next level! This is displayed next to your profile picture.


What is a flash challenge?

A flash challenge is an exciting challenge to surprise and delight that will pop up for a limited amount of time!


I really want to play but I don’t want my child’s face in any public place.

We totally understand that not everyone posts or uploads pictures of their little ones. However, if you’d still like to take on the challenges, please either crop their faces out, get creative with your image or use a rainbow or sunshine sticker over the top. Please ensure you crop or make any edits to images before you start a challenge as there are no functions in Frugi Fun to crop or edit.


Who is monitoring the photos?

The wizards at our partner company Duel will be approving and monitoring the challenges with our support.


Are my details safe?

Yes, everything on Frugi Fun is GDPR compliant and your details are safe.


How will I know if any of my photographs are being used?

Keep an eye on the Frugi channels. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to inform everyone when a picture is used.


Why can’t I see my points straight away?

It can take up to 2 working days for the team at Duel to check and update points.


I haven’t seen any of my photos being used?

We love all the photos you share and will be using images based on specific needs. For example if we want to highlight getting outside no matter what the weather, we will select images that reflect this. Some of our galleries are automatically generated and will update as new images are uploaded, so keep an eye on the Frugi channels as they may pop up!


Will you edit my child’s (or my) appearance in photos?

We will never edit photographs of you or your little one’s appearance, but we may add some text or our logo for example.


I don’t understand the challenge?

More information can be found by clicking the ‘Show more’ button which appears on each challenge. If you still don’t understand please use the help button on the Frugi Fun page for further assistance from Duel.


Why have some of the challenges I’ve submitted reappeared?

When this happens it can mean one of two things. It could either mean...


a) This challenge is repeatable! You can earn more points by completing the challenge again with different content! You can recognise these tasks with the helpful two arrows ‘refresh’ sign.


b) Your previous submission for this challenge was not approved due to not fulfilling all the requirements. Take another look, read the task outline carefully and try again, there is also the help button if you require assistance.


How do I screenshot on my device?

To take a screenshot on your device we would recommend that you refer to your specific phone model’s manual or just pop the question in a search engine.


Hashtags on my Instagram posts aren’t recognised?

When hashtagging Instagram posts it will only work on images after you’ve connected to the Frugi Fun platform. It will not recognise any hashtags added in edits to images that were posted before you connected your account to Frugi Fun.


Really important! Your account also needs to be public for our system to be able to find your posts and hashtags within Instagram.


What do I agree to when I upload or tag images in the platform? (The official bit).

By either sharing a photo on social media platforms as part of a challenge, or by uploading directly to the Frugi Fun portal, you agree to the following usage:


1. You grant Frugi a royalty free, perpetual, worldwide license to use your photographs for its marketing and/or in its advertising;


2. Frugi may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your Photos in any manner in its sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever;


3. You hereby represent and warrant that


(i) you own all rights in and to your Photos,


(ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your Photos to grant the rights herein,


(iii) you are 13 years or older, and


(iv) the use of the photos will not violate the rights of any third party or any law. Further terms can be found on the menu at the top of your screen in platform under ‘terms’. Or found here
