REPAIR GUIDES

Here are some handy videos to teach you all the tips and tricks for helping you to keep your clothing going, playtime after playtime!

FRUGI PATCHES

We hate waste. We’ll do anything to avoid it. So, to help you keep your Frugi (and other) clothes in play for longer, we’ve created our brand-new, sew-on repair patches. This handy 3-pack is perfect for sewing over a small hole or hiding a stubborn stain, and the fun designs make them great for customisations too. Crafted from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles with a cotton backing, we’ve made them sew-on to maximise their sustainability and allow you to re-use them once your kid has outgrown their clothing.

CLOTHING CARE

Caring for your clothes is caring for the Planet! Here are some nifty little tricks and tips to help keep your Frugi looking FRUGITASTIC!

SAVE WATER & CLOTHES

If it's not dirty, don't wash it!

WASH GENTLY

Delicate cycles are shorter and gentler, causing a lot less friction for your threads!

USE ECO-DETERGENT

Keep things bright and colourful with a non-biological eco detergent (ideally a liquid). Eco fabric conditioners should be used sparingly as natural fibres don’t really like it!

HANG YOUR WASHING

Whenever possible hang your Frugi clothes up and out to dry, better for the environment and your Frugi threads.

IRON INSIDE OUT

If you iron, keep your clothing inside out especially for anything printed.

BEWARE OF THE BANANA

Did you know banana stains turn black and are almost impossible to remove from clothing!

OUTERWEAR CARE

WASH AT 30 DEGREES

First rinse off any mud, then if you still need to wash at 30º max.

USE ECO-DETERGENT

Keep things bright and colourful with a non-biological eco detergent (ideally a liquid). Do not use fabric conditioners it will degrade the waterproof finish!

HANG YOUR WASHING

Hang your Frugi coat up and out to dry. Make sure you turn it inside out to dry the fleecy side too! NEVER tumble dry!

WELLY CARE

CLEAN WITH FRESH WATER

After you’ve finished exploring, splashing, skipping and jumping, clean me with fresh water and allow to dry naturally.

WELLY STORAGE
