Not quite right? No worries. Return full-price items within 30 days, or sale items within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and with labels attached. You’ll just need to cover the return postage. Once it’s back with us, we’ll refund you within 10 days. We don’t offer exchanges.

I love the rainbow whales print, but I was really disappointed to find that the print is entirely upside-down on the pencil case. Customer services said that sometimes this can happen, in order to minimize material wastage. Won"t be able to give this as a gift now, and every time I look at it, all I see is belly-up (ie. dead!) whales. Really disappointed. I would have chosen a different print, had I known this."

I love the fact the zippers don"t have a silly flap over them to get stuck in the zip when opening and closing, this helps our son who has trouble with his fine motor skills.
