Rewilding Winter Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Organisers
This giveaway is organised by Frugi in collaboration with Riverford, Mud & Bloom, and Magic Cat Publishing (collectively referred to as "the Organisers").

Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 09:00:00 BST Friday 17 October 2025 and closes on Friday 14 November 2025 at 23:59:59 (GMT). Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.

Entry Details
Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Frugi accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered, or not received for any reason. To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the entry form via the competition page hosted by Frugi during the entry period. As part of the entry process, participants will be invited to sign up to receive marketing emails from Frugi, Riverford, Magic Cat Publishing and Mud & Bloom.

Only one entry per person and per household is permitted. Duplicate entries will not be counted. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants may unsubscribe from any brand’s marketing communications at any time using the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the emails. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over with mainland UK delivery addresses only.

Prize Details
One winner will receive a festive prize bundle* from all four brands. The full prize details will be outlined on the competition entry page. All items are subject to availability, and individual elements may be substituted at the discretion of the Organisers.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place by Tuesday 18 November 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during sign-up within seven days of the draw. The winner must respond within seven days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity
By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Data Protection
The main aim of this giveaway is email data capture. Personal data provided by participants will be shared with each brand if the entrant selects the relevant opt-in box at the point of entry. All data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective brands. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.

Vouchers and Prizes
Vouchers included in the prize bundle are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Organisers reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Closing Date and Extensions
The closing date for this prize draw may be extended at the Organisers’ discretion.

Eligibility
Entry is open to mainland UK residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Organisers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Exclusion
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organisers reserve the right to exclude any participant at their sole discretion.

Amendments
The Organisers reserve the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

Decisions and Liability
The Organisers' decision in respect of all matters related to the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organisers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Responsibility
The Organisers accept no responsibility if the prizes are delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered, or not received for any reason.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
